Why design with nature? Why biophilic design? We have been talking about biophilic design for several years, or rather about how interior design must take into account the inclusion of nature and create a real connection with the environment for man. This is because, as we have now clarified, our bond with nature is indissoluble and primordial, and it is precisely what allows us to receive the best stimuli and the most regenerative sensations. In this mood board, however, we see how to “design with nature” and therefore allow it to choose the design, materials and colours for the bathroom.
In this project, therefore, nature has an active role: the suggestions and sensations in front of the spectacle of a forest or a waterfall are reworked in shapes, shades, lights and textures which, re-proposed in the interiors, allow you to savour that intense atmosphere. The bathroom, one of the most intimate and personal environments, is thus transformed into a natural oasis for a 360° immersion in the desired landscape. First of all, the space opens onto the outside with large windows to make the space bright and connected to the outside. The tactile sensations of stone, wood and woven rope are found for furniture and furnishing accessories with an essential charm, and then there is the colour palette. Soft and earthy shades dialogue with the green protagonist of the custom-made wallpaper on the walls and ceiling, to obtain harmonious contrasts with the timeless white of the bathroom fixtures.
